St. Paul Saints - CHS field after the Saints baseball game, 360 N Broadway St, St Paul, MN 55101 (about 10pm)
The 2015 press release says, "enjoy the free fireworks display from nearby Indian Mounds Regional Park or Lower Landing Park."
Between the CHS side of Mounds Park and the Lower Landing roadside rest, there are about 20 parking spots.
In 2015 St. Paul suggested riding bikes to the parks. If you do, please wear every light and reflector you own for the ride home.
Shakopee - Shakopee Mdewakanton Wacipi, Prior Lake (music 5-10pm, fireworks 10pm)
The Shakopee Mdewakanton Wacipi Grounds, 3212 Dakotah Parkway, are south of County Road 42
between County Road 83 (Canterbury Road) and County Road 17 (Marschall Road). (No coolers.)
White Bear Lake - Memorial Beach - fireworks start at 10pm (rain date July 5th)
Woodbury  - Bielenberg Sports Center, 4125 Radio Drive (music 7-10pm, fireworks 10pm)
also Valleyfair, Shakopee - fireworks start at 9:50pm (& each July  night)
