The 2008 Republican National Convention hit the Xcel Energy Center from Sep 1-4th. Hurricane Gustav and Sarah Palin revealations took up most of the first day, along with a decision not to discuss Iraq. The following three days brought the Republican party went back to the party.

Raspberry Pros - Raspberries are an excellent source of flavanoids, vitamin C, fiber, manganese, and ellagic acid.  Ellagic acid is a potent antioxidant that protects chromosomes from damage, as well as blocking cancer causing pollutants, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) found in cigarette smoke and toxic chemicals such as benzopyrene.
